Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sweet new look, but if your gear isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Candy Crush apparel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
